These terms apply to everyone who uses Walls (walls.rs). By creating an account or publishing a listing you agree to them.
What Walls is
Walls is a platform for advertising and finding properties for sale or rent in Serbia. We are not a party to any sale or rental, we don't act as an agent or broker, and we don't handle payments. Agreements are made directly between advertisers and the people who contact them.
Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. A private-seller account becomes active once you confirm your email address. An agent account is created only after we approve an application with proof that you work as an agent. You can't choose or change your own role.
Listings
You may only advertise properties you own or are authorised to advertise. Listings must be accurate and must not mislead about the property, its price or its location.
Every listing is reviewed before it's published, and important changes are reviewed again. We may reject a listing or ask for changes, and we always tell you why.
You keep the rights to your photos and texts, and allow us to show them on Walls while the listing is published.
What isn't allowed
Fake or duplicate listings, listings for properties you may not advertise, misleading prices, spam or advertising sent through inquiries or the contact form, collecting other users' data, and anything that breaks the law.
Account deactivation
If an account breaks these terms, for example through abuse, our administrators may deactivate it. We always give a reason and tell you by email. While an account is deactivated you can't sign in and its listings are hidden from the site.
Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for their listings and for what they agree with buyers and tenants. We review listings before publishing them, but we can't guarantee that every detail is correct: check the property and its documents yourself before any agreement. The limits of our liability will be set out here after legal review.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Questions? Write to info@walls.rs.
