This policy explains what personal data Walls collects, why we collect it, who sees it and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
Walls (walls.rs) is run by a company that is currently being registered in Serbia. Its details will be listed on the contact page once registration is complete. You can reach us at info@walls.rs.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you add them, your phone number, profile picture and short bio.
Agent applications: full name, email address, phone number, agency name and the proof files you upload. Proof files are visible only to our administrators.
Listings: the property's details, photos, price and location.
Inquiries: the name, email address, optional phone number and message a visitor sends about a listing.
Contact form messages: your name, email address, subject and message.
Listing views: to count a view once per visitor per day we use a fingerprint of the IP address and browser, made with a key that changes every day. We don't store the IP address itself.
Why we use it
To run your account and sign you in; to review and publish listings; to deliver inquiries to advertisers and contact messages to us; to send the emails you need, such as email confirmation, password resets and review outcomes; to keep the platform safe, for example by limiting repeated requests and blocking spam; and to show advertisers how many people viewed their listings.
Who sees it
Public profiles and published listings are visible to everyone. Agents' phone numbers are always shown on their profiles; private sellers choose whether to show theirs. An email address is shown only if its owner chooses so, and a property's exact address only if the advertiser chooses so.
Inquiries go only to the advertiser or the agent assigned to the listing, and contact messages only to us. We don't sell personal data.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Walls: Supabase (database), Render (application server), Netlify (website hosting), Cloudinary (photos and documents) and Resend (email). Maps are shown with OpenStreetMap, which receives your browser's requests for map images. Some providers may process data outside Serbia; the safeguards for that will be described here after legal review.
Cookies
We use only the cookies Walls needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie that remembers whether you view prices in EUR or RSD. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account exists. Contact form messages are removed from our systems once they have been delivered to our inbox. Retention periods for other data will be set out here after legal review.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Many details you can change yourself in your dashboard; for anything else, write to info@walls.rs.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
